August has proved to be a busy month with 2 endurance races back to back on consecutive weekends. Not that I minded!

At the end of June I shared a BMW 330 with an ex work colleague called Ian Henderson. Ian had spent the past couple of years rebuidling the 330 after various niggles and teething troubles in it's debut races. His comeback weekend was to be at the 750mc Snetterton 300 in late June.

After a short 4 weeks since Rockingham, it was on to Round 3 of the Endurance Racing Series at Donington Park. It was a relatively late decision to enter this race but it turned out to be a good one!

The Birkett Relay is an extremely popular "end of season" event in the British Club racing calendar, attracting a wide variety of drivers and cars. 2015's edition was to be my first acquaintance to the event but I can already see why it is so popular!

Well my first race of 2015 came around a lot later than I would of liked but what a wait it turned out to be! 4th overall and 3rd in class was the final result but it could easily have been second in class and overall.
